I visited a friend in the mountains of North Carolina and decided to spend the last night in this hotel in front of the airport, because there was a forecast of heavy snowfall. I had to stay 2 more nights (in total 3) for cancellation of flights. Faced with this situation, the attention of the front desk staff, especially Karen, was very supportive. I also appreciate the good vibes, a Mexican manager who helped me by translating because I don't speak English. The room was very spacious, very comfortable and very well equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There was also coffee, tea and chocolate in the lobby 24 hours a day and the hotel has a free transfer to the airport. Karen offered me that van to go to a nearby supermarket or mall to buy what I wanted or needed. And they took me to a supermarket at no cost. I highlight all these attitudes, which are generally not frequent, although it is the treatment that passengers should always receive.
Nothing negative to point out.
Beds were comfortable, staff super friendly
Water was shut off first night, not hotel fault but still annoying since we didn't know about it and huge inconvenience. Hot tub had way too much chlorine, burnt eyes and choked you. Breakfast not that good.
The front receptionist was great, and the room was clean.

Beds were Hard, rooms a little dated. Not worth the 160/nt rate.

Evening person at desk very unfriendly both stays I've encountered him. Charged a lady he was on the phone with $20/ night less than me. (I had to wait while he took calls). Asked him why and his reply was "my manager told me too". He would not give me the same rate for the same night. I am a Marriott rewards customer.
We liked the cleanliness of the hotel. I think we received a really good room for the money.
Breakfast was good - better than most places. Room was clean.
Front desk staff could use hospitality training, when checking in, he just handed us the keys. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 to see if we needed housekeeping, rather than waiting until we left the room.
Me and fiancée attempted to enjoy the indoor pool/spa area but an employee and her family took over this area.
Great staff, helpful, polite and friendly Breakfast starts at 5 am which was great for my early flight. 24 hour transportation to airport which is about 2 minutes away.
Heater in room loud and did not seem to regulate itself with thermostat.
Staff was pleasant. Location across from airport was sole reason for choosing this hotel.
They had not received my Booked.net reservation when I arrived. Rate was $179 which was excessive for the facilities and amenities.
